At our last visit, while waiting for our table to be ready, we browsed the fun and lively gift \u201cvillage\u201d attached to the restaurant. Filled to the brim with jungle and animal-themed merch, our kids explored and marveled.
A floor-to-ceiling aquarium lines part of the restaurant space and it is filled with stunning tropical fish and corals. Every so often, the kids meandered over to it to press their noses against the glass and check out the funny fishy antics. Getting up close and personal with the fish was thrilling, especially for our five-year-old son!
The dining room d\u00e9cor makes you feel like you are in the middle of a jungle, complete with animal animatronics and trees surrounding you. It did not take long for the real show to start! You see, at regular intervals, storms move through the dining room. Lightning flashes, thunder booms in the distance, and the animals come to life with roars and calls.
The kids filled with excitement each time and they had a blast studying the animals surrounding us. The restaurant provided a paper checklist of animals including elephants, lions and fish, and the kids used restaurant-provided crayons to mark off each animal from the checklist as they spotted them.
Our food came out piping hot and delicious which kept everyone happy. The restaurant serves up a variety of American foods and more exotic choices.
